Korean Chicken Spot Opens Third City Location In Forest Hills

Kuku will be located at 107-12 70th Rd., welcoming restaurant goers in September.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A Korean restaurant is coming to 70th Road this summer, opening its third location citywide and second in Queens.

Kuku will be located at 107-12 70th Rd., welcoming restaurant goers in September. The restaurant was started by chef Chris Pak and his business partner James Chen.

"I know forest hills very well because my wife is from there," Chen told Patch. "I like how diverse Forest Hills is."

Dishes include chicken wings, hot honey chicken sandwiches, grilled pork bulgogi, beef tofu stew, kimchi bacon fried rice, and other Korean meals.

Kuku's other locations can be found in Long Island City and Williamsburg. Another venue is slated to open in Roslyn Heights, Long Island.

The first location in Queens opened in 2021, bringing in the acclaimed chef that used to work at the famous ramen joint Mu Ramen, which closed amid the pandemic.
