Forest Hills native on the way to taking on Treasury Secretary.

Forest Hills native son Jack Lew, former chief of staff to President Barack Obama, got one step closer to confirmation as Treasury Secretary Tuesday, according to CBS News.
Lew's appointment passed the Senate Finance Committee, 19-5, CBS reported.
While some Republican senators voiced concerns over Lew's nomination, including his time at CitiGroup, there were more than enough votes in committee to bring his nomination to the floor.
