FOREST HILLS, NY — A Glendale man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a 29-year-old in Forest Hills, police said late Monday. Irving Duran, 28, was charged with leaving the scene of a vehicle accident resulting in death following Sunday evening's fatal collision, the NYPD said.
