Man Robbed Near Rego Park Subway Station, Police Say
Police are asking for help finding two people, who they say threatened and robbed a 27-year-old of his phone, headphones, and fanny pack.
REGO PARK, QUEENS — Police are still looking for two people who they say robbed a young man on Queens Boulevard at the beginning of Oct.
In the middle of the night on Friday, Oct. 1, around 3:15 a.m., a man, 27, was standing on Queens Boulevard near 63rd Drive in Rego Park when two people walked up to him.
One of the people put a "hard object" against his body, and demanded that he give them his property, police said. The two people then robbed the 27-year-old of his iPhone, AirPods, and fanny pack, records show.

The pair ran into the nearby 63rd Drive - Rego Park subway station. The man who was robbed was not hurt, police said.
The NYPD released photos of the two people who robbed the man, which were taken from the subway station.

As of Monday, Oct. 11, police said that there are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
