Queens Robberies: NYPD Searches For Suspect In Forest Hills, Rego Park Armed Incidents
The individual is described as a 6-foot-tall, medium-build, black male.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — NYPD requires the public’s assistance in identifying the individual in the sketch displayed above in relation to three cases of armed robbery that have occurred in Forest Hills and Rego Park.
The first incident was reported to have occurred around 8:20 p.m. on Jan. 18, when the 63-year-old female victim was approached by a man wielding a knife on the corner of 65th Avenue and 99th Street. The man proceeded to punch the victim in the face, took her purse and fled toward 102nd Street. The victim sustained bruises but refused medical attention, police said.
Following the incident, the surveillance footage below was recovered.

The second incident occurred around 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 8 in front of 110-17 70th Road. The man approached an 82-year-old female from behind, hit her on the head with a blunt object, took her purse and fled in an unknown direction. The victim sustained injuries on the back of her head and was transferred to Forest Hills Hospital in serious but stable condition, police said.

The most recent incident was reported on Feb. 28 around 5:45 p.m. in front of 70-47 Harrow Street. The individual exited a blue sedan, approached the 53-year-old female from behind and hit her on the head with a blunt object. The victim was left unconscious and sustained injuries to the back of the head. She was transferred to Forest Hills Hospital in serious but stable condition, police said.
The footage below, taken shortly before the third incident, shows the car used by the assailant. The vehicle is described as a dark blue sedan, possibly a Mercury Grand Marquis, according to police.
The individual is described as a 6-foot-tall, medium-build, black male.
