Robbers Target Five Men In Forest Hills, Astoria In Two Days: NYPD

Police are searching for the men that robbed five people in Astoria, Jackson Heights, Flushing, and Forest Hills on Feb. 12 and Feb. 13.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — In two days, two men robbed and attacked several men in Forest Hills, Astoria, and other neighborhoods, police said.

Authorities are searching for the men that robbed five people in Astoria, Jackson Heights, Flushing, and Forest Hills on Feb. 12 and Feb. 13, the NYPD said.

On Sunday, two men robbed a 54-year-old man about 7 a.m. in front of 25-24 45th Street in Astoria, and, 15 minutes later, the robbers punched a 78-year-old man in front of 31-12 71st Street in Jackson Heights and robbed him before fleeing, police said.

A 66-year-old man was also punched in the face on Sunday about 8 a.m. before he was robbed in front of 31-12 71st Street in Flushing, the NYPD said.

On Monday, two men who appeared to have a firearm robbed a 45-year-old man in front of 111-15 75 Avenue in Forest Hills about midday, authorities said.

Police released images of the two robbers on Monday.
