Three-Alarm Fire Burns Through Ridgewood Deli: FDNY
The fire broke out just after 7:30 a.m., bringing 13 units and more than 130 firefighters to Metro Deli & Pizza, FDNY said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A massive fire burned through a deli in Ridgewood Wednesday morning, causing major disruption on Metropolitan Avenue, the FDNY said.
The fire broke out just after 7:30 a.m., bringing 13 units and more than 130 firefighters to Metro Deli & Pizza, located at 67-30 Metropolitan Ave. officials said.
Firefighters brought the fire under control at 9 a.m. and there were no injuries reported, according to the FDNY.
