Thursday: Chinese Language Course, Queens Botanical Garden Exhibit

The North Forest Park Library, located at 98-27 Metropolitan Ave., will offer Chinese language classes this evening.
Instructor Lin San will teach the basics of speaking Chinese at 6 p.m. Registration is not required. For more information, call the library at 718-261-5512.
The Queens Botanical Gardens' "Deconstructed Flowers" will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
H. David Stein's display includes a mosaic of flower photographs. The exhibit utilizes a technique that layers multiple pictures into a single montage.
