Thursday: Health Care Discussion, Picture Book Time at the Library

The Forest Hills Library, located at 108-19 71st Ave., is offering its Picture Book Time class for kids today at 3:30 p.m.

The program, which is aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 5 years, will include stories, rhymes, singing and playing movement games. Preregistration is required. Check with the children's librarian for more information.

And the McGoldrick Library, located at 155-06 Roosevelt Ave. in Flushing, is holding a program today titled Health Care is Changing.

The event, which runs from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., will provide attendees with information about the health care marketplace, instruct them on how to shop for a plan and discuss benefits, payments assistance and subsidies.
