Woman Robbed In Forest Hills Apartment Building Lobby: Police
The 72-year-old woman was robbed Tuesday while she was picking up her mail in the lobby of her Forest Hills building, police said.
FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A woman was robbed Tuesday while getting her mail in the lobby of her Forest Hills apartment building, according to police.
The 72-year-old woman was in her building's lobby, near 64th Avenue and 98th Street, about 12:30 p.m. when a man came up behind her and grabbed her neck, police said in a news release.
The robber took the woman's jewelry and $60, then ran off.

Police released surveillance images of the suspected robber Wednesday.
