A woman crashed her black Mercedes into the wall of Brooklyn Hospital Center early Saturday evening, officials said. "She thought she was stepping on the brakes but she stepped on the gas instead," said a police officer at the scene.  The car hit the building just before 5:46 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said. There were no injuries from the crash, police said.
