• Rae Dee Kelley (talkbusiness.net) — Fulton readers may remember Rae Dee Kelley, who was born in Fulton in 1953 and later made her home in Greenwood, Arkansas. Her family has announced that she passed away on December 7 at age 72, and they will hold a private memorial service. Loved ones especially thanked the staff of Fianna Hills Nursing Center for their care.
