The land sold for $501,000 back in August. The owner is in the process of obtaining building permits, according to a Coldwell Banker Easton Prop. listing.
The new listing price is $629,900.
The 7,100 square foot lot is the site of an explosion and devastating fire that erupted during superstorm Sandy when a fallen tree dislodged a gas line. An 87-year-old man was rescued from the home by Garden City father and son, Frank and Matthew Leto.
