Drunken Driver Crashed At Nassau McDonald's Drive-Thru: Cops
Police say the man's 6-year-old son was in his SUV. He faces a felony DWI charge.

ELMONT, NY – A 46-year-old man was arrested on a felony DWI charge after he rear-ended a car at a Nassau McDonald's drive-thru Thursday night, police said.
According to Nassau Police, Manuel B. Asuncion was driving a 2006 Suzuki SUV, with his 6-year-old son inside, when he struck a Nissan Rogue that was stopped in the drive-thru at the 1240 Elmont Road in Elmont at 9:20 p.m.
No injuries were reported in the crash.

Asuncion, of Elmont, was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI (child under 16) and endangering the welfare of a child. He will be arraigned on Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
The child was released to the custody of his mother.
