Garden City Musician Selected For All-National Choir

GARDEN CITY, NY — Garden City High School senior Justin Koczko was awarded NAfME All-National honors as a bass in the mixed chorus. The NAfME All-National Honor Ensemble represents the top-performing high school musicians in the United States.

To qualify, students are first accepted in their state’s All-State Festival and then are asked to prepare an unedited video performing the required repertoire provided by the organization.

The All-National Honor Ensembles program will take place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland outside Washington, D.C. from Nov. 3–6.
