Garden City Opens 1st Apartment Community In Over 50 Years

GARDEN CITY, NY — New luxury apartments have opened in Garden City. Florent, is the apartment community, at 555 Stewart Avenue.

It represents the first multifamily apartment complex for Garden City in more than half a century.

The four-story, 183,000-square-foot building includes 150 one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental residences, ranging from 852 to 1,892 square feet, with monthly rent starting at $4,500.
