Throughout August, kids in kindergarten through sixth grade can walk in, or make an appointment for a free haircut. Walk-in customers will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
JCPenney advertising lists a 855-JCP-KIDS as the number to call to make a free appointment in August, "while they last."
