Nassau Man Killed In Early Morning Shooting
Police are investigating the death of a 37-year-old man, who was found shot multiple times on the street.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — The Nassau County police are investigating a murder that occurred in Hempstead early Tuesday morning, and they're asking anyone with information to come forward.
According to police, Hempstead police officers responded to a call outside a home on California Avenue at 4:55 a.m. When they arrived, they found a 37-year-old man with several gunshot wounds.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died of his wounds. The investigation is ongoing.
