New Ultra-Luxury Apartments In The Works In Westbury

The Selby apartments will overlook Eisenhower Park, have luxury amenities, and lease from $2,700 up to $8,000 a month.

WESTBURY, NY— Luxury apartment complexes have been springing up across Long Island recently, and The Selby in Westbury is taking the luxury rental market to a new level. The development, built by the Beechwood Organization, launched its marketing website this week.

The Selby, at 695 Merrick Ave., overlooks Eisenhower Park, and will have units renting for prices starting at $2,700, going up to $8,000 a month for a three-bedroom apartment, according to Newsday.

There will be 210 rental apartments and 27 long-stay executive suites, according to a news release from Beechwood.

The Selby's website explains the goal of the amenities as:

"Raising the bar for effortless, turnkey living on Long Island, The Selby presents an incredible array of concierge services and private amenities—inside and out—that have been meticulously executed for a range of experiences. Whether looking to unwind and relax in solitude or entertain and celebrate amongst a group, The Selby provides a backdrop to enhance each and every day."

The complex will feature a game room, a library, a salon, a business center with conference rooms, a kids space, an outdoor pool, a gym, a spa and an on-site restaurant.

Apartments will have Viking appliances, high-end bathroom finishes and oak flooring.


Beechwood is currently taking customer inquiries for future leasing, with an anticipated summer opening date.
