NICE Bus To Provide Shuttle Service For World Cup Cricket Tournament

It takes place from June 1-12 at Eisenhower Park.

GARDEN CITY, NY — As the World Cup cricket tournament descends on Nassau County, NICE Bus is making sure fans have mass transportation options.

Special shuttle service will be provided to and from the ICC Men's T20 World Cup series at Eisenhower Park.

Shuttle buses will take spectators from the Westbury LIRR station to the stadium, two hours before the matches, which begin at 10:30 a.m. Return service starts at approximately 1 p.m. and will run for two hours after the match is completed, a NICE spokesperson said.

To accommodate out-of-town and international visitors, the shuttle buses will be equipped with mobile credit card terminals for easier payment.

A Round-trip fare of $5.80 will be collected when boarding at Westbury, which can also be paid by Metrocard, coins or the NICE GoMobile app. Bills will not be accepted.
