St. Joseph School second graders learned about wildlife and more during recent field trip to Jones Beach.
St. Joseph School second graders had a perfect, sunny day at Jones Beach chasing Monarch butterflies flying beyond their reach.
Pat, their guide, also taught students about piping plovers, fiddler crabs and how to spot poison ivy. Students even searched for shells during their walk along the bay.
