13-Year-Old Goes Missing From Child Services Center: NYPD
The teen went missing from a Kips Bay child services center Sunday, police said.

KIPS BAY — A 13-year-old boy in the care of the city has gone missing from a Kips Bay child services center, police said.
Jeremi Carangui was last seen Sunday just after 11 a.m. walking out of the 492 First Avenue building, cops said. Carangui is in the care of the city's Administration for Children's Services, which has offices at the building he was spotting leaving, cops said.
Carangui is five-foot-two, 102 pounds with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
