Murray Hill Protest: Activists To Rally Outside Cuomo's NYC Office
Activists are planning a rally outside of Andrew Cuomo's office in NYC to call on him to address the city's homelessness crisis.

MURRAY HILL, NY — A coalition of community organizations are calling on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to address the city's homelessness crisis, and plan to rally outside his Murray Hill office on Monday. For more news from Gramercy and Murray Hill, sign up for Patch news alerts here.
The groups are calling on Cuomo to implement three specific tax policies, which they say would be "critical" to replace likely federal budget cuts under the Trump Administration.
"Citing NYS' record homelessness under Governor Cuomo, and worst income inequality in the nation, faith and community leaders denounce the Governor as fiscal conservative, not the national, progressive leader he claims to be," the rally's organizers said in a statement.
