Robber Steals Cash From Flatiron Bank, Police Say
A bank robber stole an unknown amount of cash from a TD Bank in Manhattan, according to the NYPD.

FLATIRON, NY — A bank robber stole handfuls of cash from a Manhattan bank on Wednesday, police said.
The robber escaped with an unknown amount of cash, and police are still searching for him, according to the NYPD.
The man entered the TD Bank located at 131 E. 23rd St. on Wednesday at about 1:45 p.m. The man, who was wearing a ski mask, approached the bank teller and passed a note demanding money, according to the NYPD.

The teller handed over an unknown amount of cash and the robber ran from the bank onto Lexington Avenue, police said.
Authorities believe the man is between 30 and 40 years old, and are asking for the public's help identifying him.
