Nassau's Victoria Wang, Top-Ranked Diver In NY, Heads To State Final
HS freshman Wang is the top-ranked diver in New York State. She took the Nassau title, set a county record, and is looking for a state win.

MANHASSET, NY — A Manhasset Secondary School freshman is breaking diving records as only a high school freshman. Victoria Wang won the Nassau County Diving Championships on Nov. 2, and her score set a new Nassau County record, breaking a record from 2014.
Wang will now compete at the New York State finals, held Nov. 18 at the Webster Aquatic Center.
This year, she will look to improve on last year's second-place finish, achieved as an eighth-grader. She lost the top spot in 2021 by only two points, the Manhassset school district said in a statement.
