• Beloved Hudson Valley Waterfront Landmark Sold After Nearly 30 Years (hudsonvalleypost.com) — Emerald Point, the longtime lakefront restaurant on Greenwood Lake, has been sold and will serve its final meals on New Year’s Eve, with gift cards urged to be used by year’s end. After nearly 30 years of waterfront dining and celebrations, the new owners plan to close for renovations and eventually reopen with their own vision while honoring the spot’s history.
