Apply For Income-Restricted Units In Melville

Applications are now being accepted for eight income-restricted units at the Club at Melville.

The Club at Melville is a recently-constructed 55-and-over gated condominium community located on Deshon Drive. The units are priced at $221,600.

Lottery entry forms must be completed and returned to the Community Development Agency by Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2017 at 4 p.m.

The lottery is scheduled for 5 p.m. on September 19 at Town Hall.

The maximum income for a family to live in the unit is:

• $70,912 for a family of one or two
• $79,776 for a family of three

Applicants must also meet asset criteria.
