Richard Grossi has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island (BBBSLI).
Mr. Grossi is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Support at OpenLink, the global leader in Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) software for the commodity, energy and financial services industries.
“We’re excited to have Richard Grossi join our Board of Directors. He brings passion and excitement, diversity in knowledge, and valuable connections to the community,” stated Mark Cox, CEO of BBBSLI. “At OpenLink, he manages various business, support and technical teams focusing on meeting and exceeding customer requirements and satisfaction. We believe this experience will be invaluable to us, especially as we expand our services across Long Island.”

Through OpenLink, Mr. Grossi supported the annual Holiday for Kids’ Sake program by donating and delivering gifts to the doorsteps of BBBSLI families. In addition, he is playing an instrumental role in establishing a site-based mentoring program at the global headquarters of OpenLink in Uniondale, Long Island.
“I am extremely excited to join a very qualified team at BBBSLI,” said Richard Grossi. “For the past year, I have researched several organizations with the hope of providing my time and passion to one that aligned with my personal goals. After meeting with various members of this organization, I was impressed with both the vision of the organization as well as the people involved.”

Mr. Grossi also volunteers with various youth sports organizations in Melville, where he resides with his wife and two children.
