P.F. Chang's will open its newest Long Island restaurant Monday at Walt Whitman Shops.
The casual-dining chain has more than 200 restaurants around the world, including one that opened Nov. 25 at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove.
The Whitman restaurant will be open Mondays – Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sundays: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The chain was founded in 1993.
