Creep Gropes 10-Year-Old On City Bus In Harlem, Police Say
The man is accused of grabbing a 10-year-old girl's buttocks on a city bus traveling through Harlem.
HAMILTON HEIGHTS, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man wanted for groping a girl as she rode a city bus in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem, police said.
The 10-year-old victim was riding an M101 bus on Friday morning when an unknown man grabbed her buttocks from behind, police said. The man fled the bus when it stopped at Amsterdam Avenue and West 146 Street.
Police released a photo of the suspect taken on a security camera inside the bus. Police describe the man as being in his 40s, standing about 5-foot-9 and weighing about 160 to 180 pounds. The man has salt and pepper hair and was last seen wearing black jeans, a grey jacket and glasses, police said.
