East Harlem Man, 51, Reported Missing, Police Say
The East 102nd Street resident hasn't been seen since the beginning of September.

EAST HARLEM, NY — The NYPD is asking for the public's help to locate an East Harlem resident who hasn't been seen since the beginning of September, police said.
Jose Delgado, 51, was last seen during the evening of Sept. 2 in front of his apartment building on East 102nd Street between Lexington and Third avenues, police said. The missing man only speaks Spanish and may be using a cane, police said.
Delgado is described as standing 5-foot-8 and weighing about 236 pounds with brown eyes and white hair, police said. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt and dark jeans.
