A newly updated list by Eater NY names a Harlem restaurant in its compilation of the 29 best bowls of ramen in New York City — all of which Eater's senior critic Robert Sietsema promises will "chase away the chill."

The standout dish, however, is the spicy tonkotsu, which uses a pork-bone broth "packed with chile oil and black garlic", Eater says.

Most of the restaurants have been included on past versions of Eater's list, including Jin Ramen. The latest list includes some new additions, however, like Kung Fu Little Steamed Buns Ramen in Hell's Kitchen and Tonchin, near Koreatown.
