Person Struck By Train In Harlem, MTA Says
Train service has been restored, but delays are expected, after a person was hit at the Central Park North 2 and 3 train station.

HARLEM, NY — A person was struck by a train Friday morning at a Harlem subway station, prompting a wave of service changes and delays, officials said.
The person — who was not identified — was hit by a train around 8 a.m. at the Central Park North and 110th Street 2 and 3 station, MTA officials said. The person was removed from the tracks and brought to an area hospital in an unknown condition, officials said.
As emergency responders operated at the station, 2 trains were diverted to the 5 line and 3 trains were diverted to the 1 line, transit officials said. Normal service was restored around 9 a.m., but delays are expected to continue on the 2 and 3 lines.
