Woman Groped In Harlem Subway Station, Police Say

The woman was standing in the West 145th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue station when an unknown man grabbed her buttocks.

HARLEM, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man who groped a woman in a Harlem subway station.

An 18 year-old woman was standing in the West 145th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue station on Saturday, April 21 when she was approached by an unknown man, police said. The man walked up to her and grabbed her buttocks, police said.

The man then fled the subway station after grabbing the woman, police said.

The suspect is described as being in his 30s and standing about 5-foot-2, police said. Photos of the suspect (seen above) were taken on station security cameras.
