Woman Hit By Train At Harlem Subway Station: Police
A woman who was apparently walking on the subway tracks was hit by a 1 train in Harlem Wednesday morning, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A woman was hit by a train at a Harlem subway station Wednesday morning as she apparently walked along the tracks, according to authorities.
The collision happened around 9:40 a.m. at the 1 train station at West 145th Street and Broadway, in Hamilton Heights.
The 30-year-old woman was hit by a train heading downtown. An NYPD spokesperson could not say why the woman had been on the tracks.

She was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in stable condition, police said. Following the accident, 1 trains were running with delays, according to the MTA.
