HARLEM, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a group of robbers who mugged two women in a Harlem public housing complex after arranging to meet them online for a headphones sale, police said.

The women, 19 and 20 years old, met their robbers at the Drew Hamilton Houses building on the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 141st Street on the night of Feb. 1 in order to sell a pair of Beats headphones, police said. When the robbers got to the meetup, one of the men pulled a knife on the women and demanded their belongings, police said.

Robbers took the pair's purses, wallets, cell phones and headphones before fleeing the scene, police said. Police estimated that the stolen goods are worth as much as $3,000.
