Case Of The Jet Ski And Trailer Stolen From Westchester Leads To The Bronx: Police
A 30-year-old is accused of cutting the lock on a victim's jet ski trailer before the theft last summer, according to Harrison police.

WEST HARRISON, NY — A Bronx man learned the hard way that targeting property owners in Harrison is by no means easy pickings, even if you think you got away clean, according to Harrison PD.
The Harrison Police Department says that 30-year-old Jose Ortega-Rodriguez, of the Bronx, was arrested in connection with the theft of a jet ski and trailer that took place over the summer, in West Harrison.
Police say that during the late-night hours of Aug 28, Ortega-Rodriguez traveled from the Bronx to West Harrison, where he is believed to have cut the lock on a victim's jet ski trailer before taking both the trailer and the jet ski from the property.

Ortega-Rodriguez was taken into custody on Nov. 10, and charged with felony third-degree grand larceny.
He was arraigned in the Town of Harrison Court and released on his own recognizance.
