Apparel Wholesaler, Real Estate Firm, Buys $8.4M Hauppauge Lot: Report
The industrial property was purchased by Giapreet LLC, which also closed on a $10.25M Commack property, according to a report.
HAUPPAUGE, NY — Giapreet LLC, an apparel wholesaler and real estate firm based in Brentwood, closed on a $8.4 million Hauppauge property, Long Island Business News reported. The property, which will continue to house Poly Craft Industries for a short time before its relocation, is at 40 Ranick Road, according to LIBN.
Giapreet LLC also purchased a $10.25 million Commack industrial property at 66-70 Austin Boulevard, LIBN reported this week.
