HAUPPAUGE, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Hauppauge School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2025-26 school budget by a margin of 597 yes votes to 259 no votes.

The district's budget is $138,390,328, up 3.88 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $99,830,082, up 3.25 percent.

School board incumbents David M. Barshay, Michael Buscarino and Rob Scarito ran unopposed for three-year terms.
