ISLANDIA, NY — Jake's 58 Casino is expected to "reopen soon" after it suffered service disruptions on Tuesday into Wednesday, said Phil Boyle, president and CEO of the Suffolk OTB.

The Islandia venue was one of multiple casinos across New York that was disrupted because of issues affecting the company that operates the statewide system, Boyle said.

"Other casinos have already reopened and we have been assured that Jake's 58 will be next," Boyle said in a statement. "We expect to reopen soon and will let you all know as soon as we do."
