Man Seriously Injured In Hauppauge Crash

A sedan drove into a pickup truck early Tuesday morning, police say. The sedan driver was hurt.

HAUPPAUGE, NY — A man was seriously injured in a Hauppauge crash early Tuesday, Suffolk police said.

Someone was driving a pickup truck westbound on Veterans Memorial Highway, making a left turn onto Raoul Wallenberg Drive, when it was struck by a four-door sedan traveling east at 1 a.m., police said. The man driving the sedan was treated for serious injuries that are not life-threatening at a local hospital, police said. The pickup truck driver was not injured.
