National Business Capital Wins Top Workplace On Long Island

HAUPPAUGE, NY — National Business Capital, a FinTech company, was named the #1 Top Workplace Award for 2022 on Long Island by the Long Island Press for the fourth year in a row, the company announced.

The yearly competition, sponsored by Dan’s Papers, puts businesses from all over Long Island against each other to determine who has the most engaging company culture, according to National Business Capital.

National Business Capital also won the award in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The National Business Capital team underwent the “Delivering Happiness” program—an educational seminar designed to educate leaders and teams on how to build a workplace culture that reaches employees on a personal level, which extends into the way the organization performs as a business. The team used their findings to create an environment where employees can be themselves, succeed, and reach their full potential.
