Kathy Hochul requested the resignation of New York’s top cannabis official, a move linked to a withdrawn enforcement case involving a Hauppauge warehouse. The Lindenhurst-based distributor had faced allegations of enabling unlicensed cannabis sales from its Hauppauge facility before the case was abruptly dropped.
