Stop & Shop To Close Islandia Suffolk: Report
The store has been underperforming and is set to close in May, according to the report.
ISLANDIA, NY — Stop & Shop is set to close its Islandia supermarket on May 12, Newsday reported. The store, at 1730 Veterans Memorial Highway, has been open for more than 20 years but has been underperforming, a Stop & Shop spokeswoman told Newsday.
