Tractor-Trailer Overturns On Long Island Expressway
Westbound lanes were closed because of the crash.
HAUPPAUGE, NY — A tractor-trailer overturned on the Long Island Expressway near Hauppauge on Wednesday morning, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
The trailer turned over at exit 57 - Veterans Memorial Highway and NY-454 (Motor Parkway County Road 67), and all westbound lanes were closed as a result, according to the department. An exit ramp was also closed.
