Here's a list of stores open on Thanksgiving Day in Hauppauge:
-You can still grab your morning coffee at 7-Eleven all day today.
-If you prefer your coffee to go, Dunkin' Donuts will be open 24 hours on Thanksgiving Day. Grab a Box of Joe to share with the family or a few munchkins for a child-friendly Thanksgiving dessert.
-Waldbaums, at 1236 Veterans Memorial Hwy, will be open from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.

-Alpine Bakery in Smithtown will be open from 6 a.m.-3 p.m. at 59 Route 111 (Hillside Village Center).
-For out-of-town guests looking for a New York Bagel, send them to  or New York Bagel Co. off Veterans Highway in Islandia. Both will be serving up hot bagels in the morning.
-Shop Rite in Hauppuage is closed.
-Carvel is also closed.
-Need a last minute bottle of wine. Spirit Locker, 1257 Vets. Hwy, is open from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
