One place you could go is On The Go Fitness in Nesconset.

The gym is located at 80 Lake Avenue South and is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. - 7 pm. So far on its Patch business lsting there is one review, a five-star rating. 

"Great studio gym with great trainers. Much better than the "globo-gyms" in the area. Low ratio of 20-something meat-heads," wrote Smithtown Rez.
