DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, NY — A 33-story luxury tower taking shape on Nassau Street plans to start leasing soon with rental apartments starting at $2,100-a-month, according to developers and Curbed New York.
The Amberly, at 120 Nassau St., will have 270 apartments — with a mix of studios to three-bedrooms — available for rent when developers launch sales later this summer, a spokeswoman for AmTrust Realty Corp. said.
Prices start at $2,100 for studios, $3,100 for one-bedrooms, $5,500 for two-bedrooms and climb up to $8,800-a-month for three-bedrooms in the building, Curbed reported.
