New Ramen Restaurant Comes To DUMBO
The owners of a DUMBO pizzeria are branching out into ramen.
DUMBO, BROOKLYN - Brooklynites have a new ramen option. Rāmen Bar has opened at 140 Plymouth St. in DUMBO, according to Gothamist.
The eatery comes from Qerime Marke and Arthur Hasani, owners of the nearby pizzeria Love & Dough, the site said.
Gyoza and pork and chicken bun appetizers start at $5. Veggie, chicken and many other kinds of ramen cost $11 to $14. You can wash it down with green or barley tea.

A chef known as Tip runs the kitchen. He's done previous stints at ramen shops including Chuko Ramen, Ten-Ichi and Yebisu Ramen, according to Gothamist.
