HICKSVILLE, NY — Police have made an arrest after two men were slashed following an argument inside a Hicksville deli. A man walked up to three other men inside Broadway Deli on the night of Nov. 12 and asked them for money. An argument ensued and continued outside, Nassau County police said.

At one point, a man pulled out a sharp object and slashed two other men, ages 38 and 45, in the face. He then ran north on Broadway.

The victims were rushed to a hospital for treatment.

On Sunday, police announced that Cristofer Angel, 29, who is homeless, was arrested. He faces charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
